Dear Susannah, I have just returned from my first holiday in Ireland and would like to thank your company for the efficient handling of my car hire requirements. Everything was splendid and the Mondeo was a great car to have. One problem though was that I took the car in to a service station to have it washed on Saturday and when I got it back the carpets front and back on the passenger side were soaking wet. I tried to dry them as best as I could but they were still wet when I dropped the car off at Dublin airport yesterday.
